- Merged in changes to memory managent functions from latest kernel
- Added 176x144 mode (QVGA and QCIF modes like this are still broken tho)
- Window setup code rewritten; should handle OV6620, QVGA, and QCIF better now
- Minor changes to 6620 regvals
